location was amazing, a true highlight. staff assisted with luggage, a HUGE plus given the stairs. the historic hotel had charm, i noticed changes from a visit years ago. i walked easily to the train station and several attractions.
no elevator exists, and the stairs feel particularly steep and narrow.

The room looked quite dated. the furniture showed wear and tear, with noticeable marks. the bed was not comfortable, i felt the mattress sagged. i also found that the room lacked proper sound insulation. Noise from outside was very noticeable.

i found the noise from nearby establishments very bothersome late into the night. the sound of bottles and general chatter made it difficult to sleep. additionally, my room overlooked a cluttered area with trash bins, so the view was not appealing..

The triple room we had provided a very clean and spacious setting with comfortable beds. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They really cared about my stay. the hotel's location is excellent with easy access to public transport being very close. i appreciated that major attractions were within walking distance as well
the stairs are quite steep which could be difficult for some guests

the location was excellent, we walked everywhere. i especially liked the cozy vibe of this building. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions.
the stairs were very steep , and it was challenging with luggage. i think elevator must be added to this building.

the room was spacious it featured a king bed i enjoyed this very much the staff helped quickly with my luggage i noticed their efficiency. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions i appreciated the central position. the hotel provided complimentary coffee in the lobby i always had a warm drink.
the staircase was quite narrow it made carrying luggage slightly difficult

I found the location to be really good, with access to many attractions. The staff's friendliness was notable. They assisted with luggage on arrival. I also appreciated the historic character of the building. It definitely added to the experience.
The stairs were narrow. Carrying luggage was a bit challenging.
